21 Day Better Body Program: NEXT DATE:
This is our new daytime boot camp that takes place over a 3 week period.
The sessions are held on a Monday and Wednesday at 10.30am and a Thursday at 9.45am (with occasional Saturday morning sessions), sessions are held at an indoor location in Brompton on Swale.
Please note that to keep quality high we only accept people who can attend ALL of the sessions, there are only 12 spaces available, once they're gone - their gone.
What's included:
3 x 45 minute sessions each week for 3 weeks with North yorkshire's Leading Personal Trainer, Debbie Wilson
Constant Support from Debbie and the other members of the program through an online community
Nutrition manual and Cook Book
Regular hints and tips along the way
